The leading companies specializing in retail and they are looking for a Marketing Manager who will be in charge of setting-up and monitoring promotion plans in order to enhance sales performance and inventory workflow optimization, with developing company communication and customer relationship management within the retail network. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

• Set-up Company marketing strategy promotion schedule, communication materials and media channels
• Set-up and optimize Marketing & Communication budget
• Cooperate with supply chain management, set-up and monitor stock clearance processes and related product promotion campaigns
• Train and monitor retail shops managers through marketing actions
• Run promotion and free testing activities
• Develop and enhance marketing actions and promotion materials in shops, with associated customer relationship management programs
• Develop and monitor digital marketing plan and advise for brand identity and visibility enhancement
• Produce monthly Marketing plan reports with highlighting consumers trends, best sale products, suggested new high potential products and all recommendations associated with consumers' choice analysis

• Bachelors’ degree in sales and marketing required
• Show leadership, be able to work on own initiative, be pro-active, well organized and able to work under pressure
• Be Results oriented, focused on meeting tight deadlines and willing to be flexible in order for the team to be successful
