Our client is one of the leading construction and building materials supplier in Cambodia. They are seeking for a Marketing Manager who will be in charge of developing the marketing strategic plan and execution as well as overseeing all marketing effort and activities in the company.  He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

• Oversee all marketing efforts for the company and activities within the marketing department
• Responsible for developing the strategic marketing plan, and monitor effective execution of plan
• Create comprehensive marketing field trips in line with company goals and objectives
• Manage and improve all marketing campaigns and measuring results
• Co-ordinate with relevant departments in ensuring sales growth
• Analyze market trends and provide recommendations to Executive Management
• Prepare budget forecast and maintain tight control on budget
• Search and analyze for potential strategic partnerships
• Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations
• Perform other duties as needed

Report to Sales Director

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing and Sales, or other related fields
• At least 5 years of full time working experience in marketing, or sales
• Experience in construction or real estate industry is preferred
• Excellent leadership and management abilities
• Ability to use good judgment when performing tasks and making decisions
• Ability to work extended hours, if needed
