Phnom Penh Land Development is looking for a qualified and talented candidate of creativity and advancement, full of energy and positive thinking to fill in the vacant position as Marketing Research Executive 1 post who meets the criteria as follows:

• Conducting market research for the competitors of the same or similar industries of real estate business to collect information about products and services, prices, strategies, marketing activities, advertisements and promotions for submitting to Marketing Manager and/or Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for review, analysis and making strategic plans to be implemented
• Conducting market surveys for the potential market or clients of real estate products namely lands, houses, villas, condominiums, apartments/flats and defining the market segmentations in terms of clients’ demands, localizations, social ranks, terms and conditions for submission to Marketing Manager and/or CMO for review, analysis and making strategic plans to be implemented and to promote sales
• Proposing the marketing tools for advertisements, promotions, marketing campaigns, digital marketing, printing and publication based on the market surveys and current situation of real estate business
• Preparing the graphical analysis and report about the market survey and related research for defending and presenting to Marketing Manager and/or CMO and making actionable recommendations
• Collecting, saving and filing data and information of market surveys, related researches and reports for utilizations by Marketing Manager and/or CMO
• Collecting and compiling related printing and publications, for instance, leaflets, flyers, brochures, captures of banners, billboards, ex-stands, marketing contents from social medias for submitting to Marketing and/or CMO to review and improve marketing tools, strategies and plans
• Researching for competitions to identify threats and opportunities and conducting SWOT Analysis for Marketing Manager and/or CMO
• Understanding and shaping the Company’s strategy and mission
• Developing marketing strategies with Marketing Manager, CMO and/or Senior Management
• Supporting to implement new product launching and marketing campaigns as assigned by Marketing Manager and/or CMO in order to increase sales of new and current products
• Managing KPI process, monitoring monthly KPIs and performing analyses of puts and takes using both primary and secondary data sources for market surveys and data analysis
• Maintaining confidentiality in all works carried out
• Performing other tasks as assigned by Marketing Manager and/or CMO

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• 2 or more years of experiences in similar role
• Strong analytic skills with experiences in statistical modeling and analysis
• Experiences with research agency, NGO and real estate company is a plus
• Willing to learn and get more trained about surveys, market research, research methodology, data analysis, marketing plan, advertisements and promotions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Positive thinking, dynamic teamwork, self-motivation, time management, disciplinary, respectful, helpful, supportive, communicative, cooperative and result-oriented
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Able to work under pressure with high responsibility
• Excellent Khmer and English. Chinese is a plus
