One of the leading international companies specialised in real estate development project in Cambodia is looking for a Mechanical Engineer.

The Mechanical Engineer will manage Mechanical Ventilation system and Air Conditioning system and Plumbing systems.

At least 6 years of relevant experience preferred working on or with large scale international projects, and working experience with a consultant company, developer, and architecture or engineering company.

Bilingual in English and Khmer to liaise with Cambodian authorities; Chinese is a plus.

• Identify, reduce and adopt specific Quality of Health, Safety, and Environment items and its risk assessment and control at the source
• Design, monitor and supervise plumbing system (water supply system, fire fighting system, waste water system with sewage treatment plant and storm water drainage system) and  Mechanical Ventilation system and Air Conditioning system, all measurements
• Oversee delivery and post-delivery activities
• Identify, verify, protect and safeguard customer property including Intellectual Property
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers dealing with design and on-site issues
• Carry out design and construction under controlled conditions including work instructions, standard work methods using suitable equipment
• Assist or prepare business presentations using Word, Power Point or Excel for electronic presentations
• Organise meetings with senior staff; do other duties at the request of the Project Director and Design Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (Mechanical Engineering, etc.) or equivalent
• Strong communication and organisation skills
