The leading international financial leasing companies is looking for the Operation Manager.

The Operation Manager will be i charge of developing and implementing the field operation works for the company.

• At least 8 years of experiences in related field.
• Good communication skill in English.

• Develop and implement the field operation works which includes sampling, direct marketing, direct sales, events, functions, road show, audit reports on all experiential activities and all forms of experiential marketing
• Assist to recruitment, train, supervise and develop the team
• Manage and control logistic and route plan of the operations
• Assist and guide on the local liaison in order to obtain the permit license from the local authority
• Consolidate and conclude the operational reports where each report consists: monitoring, tracking, sales, stock &inventory
• Cost management –a cost control person and project profitability responsibility
• Responsible for developing the company’s business, find out the good strategy
• Travel (domestic and international)as required

• Report directly to CEO

• Bachelor degree in sale & marketing, business, project management and or equivalent
• Experience in leading the large scale of productivities is an advantage
• Good communication skill in English
• Good time management, creative thinking and human management skill
