IK Apparel Co.,LTD is looking for Packing List Clerk.

Responsibility

1. To be accountable for the doing accurate completion report
2. To be accountable for the accurate receiving & returning of left over garment {1st & 2nd grade garment} and timely data updating in ERP
3. Maintain 7'S in work place, machinery, tools and equipment

Duties

1. To report to Sewing Trim Supervisor
2. To inform and apply leave in advance
3. To attend daily goal setting meeting
4. To clean the work place /work tools and equipment before start work/ after break and end work
5. Request for supervisor   to replace the defective tools /machineries
6. Packing List Clerk to follow Packaging Supervisor to do cut quantity pick list
7. Upon completion of a IA, Packing list clerk to closed the order by consolidate pick list and count all left over garment {1st & 2nd grade garment} to do packing completion report
8. To keep the first quality garments in the bins at the left over stocking warehouse for future shipments
9. To return weekly, left over garments, {1st & 2nd grade garment}, together with packing list and completion report to stock lot store
10. Packaging Store Supervisor to guide Packing List Clerk to make cut quantity pick list
11. Packing list clerk to keep record of the sample garments taken, by updating PMS accordingly and issue sample form for the recipient to acknowledge
12. To follow the company Rules and Regulations
