Baitong Hotel and Resort: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Purchasing Supervisor.

• Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
• Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms
• Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power, perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
• Assess, manage and mitigate risks, seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
• Determine quantity and timing of deliveries, monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
• Establish and implement purchasing policies, procedures and best practices
• Develop, negotiate and administer purchasing agreements and contracts with suppliers in support of organizational requirements
• Oversee the operations and daily activities of the purchasing department
• Manage risk relating to quality, cost, delivery and supply of purchases

• Bachelor degree in business, materials management, operations management, engineering or related field
• Experience in purchasing and procurement, supervisory experience, good knowledge of seafood marketing and supplier
• Knowledge of purchasing and supply, financial acumen
• High competency level in MS Office applications
• Problem solver with a strong analytical mindset
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills, excellent customer service skills
• Hands on experience in budgeting and purchasing management
