Reservation Chief

ការសង្ខេបពីមុខតំណែងការងារ

Our client is a new set up 5-star hotel and they are looking for a Reservation Chief. The Reservation Chief will in charge supervising general job performance of reservation. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

កាតព្វកិច្ចនិងតួនាទី

  • Supervise general job performance of reservation
  • Responsible for Hotel and Local reservations
  • Responsible for recording company/travel agency
  • Follow up tentative bookings and update reservation status
  • Review no-show and cancelled reservations and processes charges according to hotel's policy
  • Monitor and coordinate group reservations activity with the Sales Department and Revenue Manager
  • Perform any other duties might requested by Front Office or Room Division Manager.
