Morale Fashion Company is seeking experienced Sales Associates for an exciting new store, opening at Phnom Penh International Airport in April 2016. These roles are full time and will consist of shift work, therefore candidates must be flexible in their working hours.

Ideally looking for candidates to fill the hours of:

- Monday-Friday: 5.30am-1.30pm

- Monday- Saturday: 9.15pm-12.15pm

- Sunday:1.30pm - 9,15pm

- Sunday: 9.15pm - 12.15pm

• Actively promote Tonlé products to customers with the aim of generating sales
• Achieve sales targets for the store
• Ensure high quality customer service and assistance is provided to all customers
• Take responsibility for day-to-day tasks assigned by Tonlé Retail Manager 
• Ensure cash and stock is protected and controlled effectively 
• Improve understanding of current fashion trends and customer preferences
• Perform allocated administrative tasks effectively and efficiently 
• Actively contribute ideas for promotional activities with the aim of increasing sales for the store

Main Tasks:

• Provide information to customers on the tonlé story and tonlé products 
• Actively seek sales from clients by following tonlé sales guidelines
• Submit monthly sales and inventory reports
• Perform regular inventory checks on all products including in-store and back-of-store and maintain stock records for reordering, coordinate the logistics of stock transfers from the workshop
• Enter and maintain all daily sales information, stock movement, and oversee all inventory recording processes 
• Deal with customer enquiries and customer complaints and refer them to tonlé Retail Manager as required
• Oversea staff scheduling
• Manage store petty cash 
• Oversee and plan logistics for production of tags and wraps for finished products in close coordinated with Stock Officer
• Assist with promotional activities for tonlé
