Sales Executive

ការសង្ខេបពីមុខតំណែងការងារ

URBANLAND ASIA is a real estate developer based in Cambodia with primary focus on high-rise residential buildings, office towers and hotel resorts. 

We are looking for a Sales Executive will handle the requirements of the clients by answering the phone or respond with the professional e-mail. Manage all Sales Admin duties, organise and manage sales events, conduct market research, and other duties as assigned.

កាតព្វកិច្ចនិងតួនាទី

  • Deal with customers and promote sale of condos
  • Handle and follow up enquiries with clients 
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with both clients and agents
  • Prepare and manage all sales admin related duties
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
  • Organize and manage sales related events
  • Conduct market research and keep it updated
  • Other jobs as required and assigned

1-2 years’ experience in Sales position for condominium or leasing commercial property or 3-4 years in other related experience

Experienced (Non-manager)

កំរិតនៃភាសា

Good communication skills in Khmer and English ( Chinese is a plus)
