A property development company specialized in developing and selling condominium apartments for local and international customers is looking for a Sales Executive.

The Sales Executive will assist the Sales & Marketing Manager in developing the customer portfolio in all market segments.

Experience in selling luxury goods/services in Cambodia to foreign and local clients.

Fluent in English and good command of Chinese Mandarin (both writing and speaking) are strongly required.

The position is open to potential young professionals.

• Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager in implementing the sales plan
• Present and sell company products (condo apartments and real-estate) to current and potential clients
• Provide showroom and construction site visits to customers
• Ensure customer care and a high level of After Sales services
• Manage the customer relationship carefully and independently
• Prepare weekly reports on follow-up activities and data-base updates
• Inform and provide consultation to clients about the property legal framework, banking system, tax system, real estate market features in Cambodia
• Develop project’s image in the daily activities to fit with marketing plan and strategies

To the Sales & Marketing Manager 

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Business administration, Economics, Marketing, Banking/Finance or relevant fields
• Ability to absorb information and data quickly through regular training session
• High level of communication and presentation skills
• Strong customer service oriented, know how to think from the customer perspective
• A detailed-oriented individual and team player
• A dedicated individual with high confidence
• Proficiency in microsoft office, internet, emailing, phoning approach technics
• The position is open to potential young graduates
