La Plantation – Kampot Pepper is a Cambodian company producing high-quality organic Kampot pepper and distributing it in Cambodia and abroad. As the production grows each year we are looking for a sales agent to develop the business in Phnom Penh. Our existing clients include shops, hotels and restaurant that work with tourists and expats.

La Plantation – Kampot Pepper is looking for sales agent. The sales agent will be in charge of developing the client base in Kampot and Sihanoukville areas.

• Identify potential customers that match with our target audience
• Raise awareness on La Plantation brand and products among industry leaders in Kampot and Sihanoukville
• Identify and meet with the decision maker to present our product range
• Close deals with new clients
• Manage orders , delivery and payment with new clients
• Follow-up with existing clients on their new orders , deliveries and payment
• Support the sales team on other tasks to develop the business in Siem Reap

• Excellent command of the English language
• Previous experience in sales is expected
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to collaborate
• Candidates speaking Khmer and/or French will be given priority

Starting date: January 2018

Contract: 1 year full-time contract
