The Sales Manager monitor sales activities in line with company's strategic priorities and brand standards. He will define a sales strategic plan, and coordinate sales team to maximize sales. He will work closely with marketing department and other departments to propose an outstanding sales experience to our customers.

• Coach and train officers how to build and maintain relationship with customers, negotiate deals and properly fill out sales documents
• Compile and interpret sales figures and sales report
• Assist and direct officers with meeting customers to help close deals

• Proven experience in coaching and team management
• Experience in automotive, insurance, financial products industry preferable
• Good sales aptitude
• Customer service oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
