Sales Manager - Emerging Asia

CP Plus prove, ambitious Sales Leader who can drive electronic security (CCTV, VDP, Smart Home) revenues across key Emerging Asia countries including: Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos, and Brunei. We are looking for a Sales Leader with great contacts and plenty of at-the-coalface experience of CCTV/ VDP sales with relevant resellers & systems integrators in these markets.

The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving yearly sales targets by developing an effective channel network and gaining new customers across Emerging Asia.  As well as actively developing the market through key business development activities, participate in demonstration and presentations, in order to expand the market-share of our brands.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Channels Development & Management:
    • Develop database of channel partners/ integrators in CCTV/ surveillance industry
    • Recruit and on-board target channel partners/ integrators
    • Engage with channel partners to drive run-rate and key accounts business
    • Drive channel programs and channel sales operations
    • Manage quarterly and annual channel performance to hit annual sales objectives  
  • Key Accounts Development:
    • Develop key accounts relationships across enterprise and government accounts
    • Focus on the business drivers and needs, and win key projects
    • Organize and deliver product presentations for prospects and customers
    • Ensure proposals describe the best solutions for client’s specific business problems
    • Lead virtual account teams in finalizing and implementing RFI’s, RFP’s and orders
  • Business Development:   
    • Participate in industry associations, conferences, and seminars to develop the market eco-system and establish CP PLUS brand as an industry thought leader
    • Conduct tactical programs to develop brand and fuel lead generation

តំរូវការផ្សេងៗទៀត

  • University or Bachelor degree
  • Sales experience in Technology/ CCTV/ electronic surveillance industry  
  • Experience in electronic surveillance industry desirable
  • Sufficient general knowledge of surveillance industry product and market trends
  • A valuable personal network with enterprises and relevant channel partners in IT/ CCTV/ mobile/ electrical markets
  • Experience in working in a competitive and target oriented environment
  • Ability to work quickly & efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Demonstrable experience of generating leads and closing new business
  • Experience achieving group goals; and not fazed by targets or metrics
  • Experience generating revenue against personal targets (and love smashing them!)
  • Position CP PLUS as a long-term strategic partner for our target channel partners
