Senior Sales Officer is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager.

• Lead, Manage, develop and train the Sales Executives to optimize sales, offer an excellent service to clients and develop a truly customer services/sales driven culture
• Be committed to and work towards achieving the standards of investors in people and Hospitality assured meetings, to ensure that staffs are aware if business objective understand their role in achieving them and are encouraged to enable to undertake training and development
• Prepare an annual sales and marketing strategy and budget, and continuously monitor and report on its achievements on a weekly, monthly and annual basis
• Oversee all advertising, publicity and brand management
• Prepare weekly sales and marketing reports for submission to the Chief Executive Officer
• Liaise and build effective relationships with internal/external service provider and customers
• Oversee all customer inquiries and requests are appropriately responded to in a timely manner
• Lead on customer satisfaction surveys and report to management to inform on implications/future sales strategies
• Oversee product research and development according to market trends and customer demand
• Conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products
• Liaise with line departments with regards to performance on manufacturing, transportation of goods to customers, and invoicing
• Perform others as assigned by GM/CEO

• Master degree or Bachelor degree in Sale & Marketing Management
• Tertiary qualified in relevant field
• At least 4 year significant experience in a quality Sale management function
• High level of English verbal and written
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good computer skills: Ms. Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
• Demonstrated team contribution skills
• Ability to work with all levels of staff, expat and local
• Good at time management and Leadership
• Can work under Pressure
