Baitong Hotel and Resort: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Sales & Marketing Manager.

• Develop sale strategies, prepare and propose sale and marketing campaign
• Oversee all advertising, publicity and brand management for hotel, restaurant and rooftop bar
• Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly
• Revenue stream with specific details for product/service lines, sale Reps and customers
• Analyze business data relating to products/service, sale volume, collection data and other data building action plan for the sale forces
• Commit to achieve target with sale target planning
• Handle and manage the marketing and sale plans
• Prepare and develop the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on realistic forecasts, market trends, market competitive activities, promotional strategies and sale programs
• Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sale team by establishing a system of reports and communication involving sale reports
• Perform other assigned tasks by the management

• Bachelor/ Master degree in Sale and Marketing, Business Administration or related business filed
• At least 7 to 10 years of working experience as Sales & Marketing manager
• Developing leadership skill, motivation skill, analytical problem-solving skill and sales & marketing planning/organization skill
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and good in managing team
• Well organized with systematic and able to prioritize effectively
