khCarMart is looking for Sales representatives/account managers. The Sales representatives/account managers to launch the creation of a new Cambodian online car information & sales portal. Retained candidates will have the mission to build lasting business relationships with car dealerships in the Phnom Penh area.

• Creates business relations, implements action plans to generate sales opportunities

• Establish relationships with prospective clients to help them see the value of our products/services

  • Build-up/maintain customer relation, generate monthly sales income

  • Contacts sales prospects by phone, email, face-to-face meetings

  • Investigates and resolve sales-related issues    

• Describe and explain products and services to customer
• Willing to travel, Take outdoor visit to assigned territory to meet prospective clients
• Observe and sales activities assessment on a regular basis, report issues. Commit to meet the sales targets
• Cold-calling to generate interest, promote brand
• After sales follow-up (Feeback gathering to improve products & services)
• Upselling, promote company services
• Prepare Sales reports, sales forecasts
• Collect customer payment, follow up past due invoices and ensure that project information update are communicated to customers
• Gather relevant market data & information on pricing, competitors’ activities and customers demand trends

• Service-oriented with pleasant personality
• Background in customer service or previous experience in business, sales, marketing and/or relevant related field.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Be organized, proactive and independent
• Ability to work both in a team and on your own
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps for Business)
• Strong knowledge of customer behavior and sale and marketing
• Willingness to learn
