Senior Customer Service Officer
ការសង្ខេបពីមុខតំណែងការងារ
An international airline catering and logistic industrial is seeking for a Senior Customer Service Officer. The Senior Customer Service Officer will be in charge of services for airline customers. Act as a first level customer contact for local customers. Provide assistance in project implementations and ensure that regulations and standards set are met and adhered to. Ensure that specific operational targets and goals for the business are met. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

- Ensures compliance with all customer and airline service requirements by maintaining performance on customers as specified in the contract
- Ping and maintaining a good, professional working relationship with both internal and external customers
- Provide account-specific information to Operations Manager and Chef for training to Unit personnel as required
- Maintains prompt and effective communications with customers and operations staff to resolve issues
- Works with the Account Manager to ensure all inventories for equipment and items meet customer requirements and are reported on time and accurately each month
