Senior Front Desk and Admin Assistant

Hongkong Land is one of Asia’s leading property investment, management and development groups with premium commercial and residential property interests across the region. Currently, Hongkong Land (Mansions) Ltd is looking for Senior Front Desk and Admin Assistant, 01 position.

  • Location: Phnom Penh
  • Reports to: Head of Concierge/Operation Manager
  • Department: Operation

Front Desk

  • Manage the operations of the Reception.
  • Manage incoming calls from tenants and direct them if necessary to the appropriate person/department/room.
  • Ensure the reception and lobby area is kept clean and tidy.
  • Assist Head of Concierge in updating the tenant list.
  • Collect money from tenants outside office hours provide receipt.
  • Review room availability status, bookings and special requests on a daily basis through working closely with Leasing Manager and liaise with different departments.
  • Work with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are ready to handover to tenant.
  • Provide warm greeting to guests
  • Handle guest complaints.
  • Handle guest enquiries. Keep up to date with local attractions, restaurant recommendations, transport, etc.
  • Maintain a file with essential numbers.
  • Supervise and assist in training new front desk staff.
  • Hold morning briefing and/or afternoon handover to next shift.
  • Ensure you are respectably dress at all times.

Admins

  • Provide administration support to Operation Manager/Resident Manager including receives phone calls and mail & preparation of management circulars.
  • Monitor/Update cleaning/maintenance contract and notify to Operation Manager / Resident Manager 
  • Organize and maintain central filing system for Operation Manager/Resident Manager
  • Prepare Purchase Request for Operations Manager and Resident Manager
  • Prepare monthly report of general store and record power consumption
  • Co-ordinate/Follow up with Front Desk to ensure all assigned tasks from Operation Manager completed efficiency
  • Assist Front Desk to standby for emergency and heavy arrival or departure
  • Support administration to Front Desk
  • Attend daily and weekly briefing and make a report for all department concerns
  • Work closely with Store Keeper for monthly inventory
  • Help with Ad-hoc tasks when requested by Operation Manager

តំរូវការផ្សេងៗទៀត

  • Bachelor Degree in related field
  • 2-3 years of working experience in a similar position
  • Good interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels
  • Good command of written and verbal English.
  • Pleasant personality
  • Good problem solving and decision making skill
  • Computer literate (MS. Office, Email, etc.) and administrative
  • Female is encouraged to apply
