D'Furniture is looking for Senior Sales.

• Develop and prepare plan, programs and strategies in coordination with various sections and relevant stakeholders
• Facilitate and coordinate implementation of marketing programs with various Stakeholders. Provide technical advice to the concerned company on the issues related to marketing
• Monitoring own team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
• Maintaining and increasing sales of D’ Furniture products
• Reaching the targets and goals set for own team
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
• Servicing the needs of your existing customers
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
• Setting sales targets for individual sales staffs and teams as a whole
• Training sales staffs in own team
• Allocating areas/industry to sales staffs
• Developing sales strategies and setting targets
• Compiling and analysing sales figures
• Possible dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
• Report to sales and marketing manager
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors
• Do other tasks assigned by boss

• BBA Specialist in Marketing Management or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years as Marketing Officer or equivalent experience
• Good command of English (Chinese is a plus)
• Computer applications (competent is using Ms Word, PowerPoint, Excel Worksheet, and other analytical tools/software such as SPSS etc.)
• Honesty, open mind, commitment, teamwork and action
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
