1. Good knowledge in digital media platform is a need
2. Solid understanding of current need on digital media platform
3. Fluency in Khmer language both an article writnig & caption key word. English proficiency is a plus
4. Bacherlor Degree or Equivalent Education
5. At least 1-year experience in news report production social report scape is a credit

1. Searching topic related to society and another sector. Then working with cameraman for filming into video story a upload on Tnaot App
2. Responding on script writing and schooting original video outdoor
3. Follow up own story from post-production to publising on App
4. Travel to the provinces or other production sites base on report topic
5. Make voice over and edit video on own video story is needed
