HP Farm established in 2013 and is a growing store which aims to enlarge its customer reach in Phnom Penh. HP Farm store is located in Toul Kouk area right in front of the Toul Kork Primary School. Our main products are meat, seafood, vegetables, fruits and daily groceries. What makes as difference is we provide halal and organic groceries through our physical store and delivery service to our customers. The Store Manager will responsible for maintaning HP Farm Physical Store, staff management and daily operation related to products stocks. The Store Manager also ensure on achieving daily target of sales and stores.

1. Sales & profitability

• Ensuring sales target achievement, ensuring the achievement of profit from the store target and mainly cost control.

2. Inventory management

• Ensuring the availability, quality and display of daily good. Able to mainly analyze and fasten the conversion process of turning goods into profit.

3. Human resource management

• To be able to handle daily human resource management (assigning task, follow up performance) and effort to increasing performance through team development activities.

4. Asset management

• Ensuring that all the store assets are functioning properly to achieve the store operations (including equipment, building, brand, service).

5. Customer service

• Handling customer’s problems and questions, customer profiling, understand customer service principles and analyze the customer trends and opportunities.

• Minimum qualification of Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing/Business/Administration Preferred, but not compulsory)
• Cambodian nationality
• Open to fresh graduate
• Proven organization/voluntary experience
