Representative Office of Puls Trading Far East Limited is looking for Sustainability Developer.

WHAT YOU DO

 As the Sustainability Developer, you have ownership over the development of our supply chain partners on Sustainability.

You are responsible for ensuring that our new and existing suppliers comply with H&M group’s minimum requirements for sustainability.

You are responsible for working with suppliers to ensure they are equipped in carrying out self-assessments that comply with our working method and standards. You also monitor the quality of data and information provided through validation, as and when required.

You support suppliers and internal teams on capacity building, securing that improvements and implementations are attainable.

You clearly communicate the areas for improvement, guiding them through root cause analyses to secure their understanding on our working method and standards.

You make assessments to carry out trainings and workshops to supplement suppliers and internal teams’ understanding of improvement areas or new best practices.

HOW YOU DO IT

As the Sustainability Developer, you deliver on the areas you have ownership for by living our values every day and primarily through collaboration with our supply chain partners and internal teams.

You build strong relationships with our suppliers and stakeholders to ensure there is continuous collaboration in constantly improving working methods of our suppliers, and that best practices are effectively implemented.

You keep yourself up to date on regulatory changes, trends and industry initiatives, identifying priorities for our organisation and suppliers. You use your expertise to suggest and implement creative and practical solutions.

You work closely with the Supply Chain Sustainability Manager to assess short-term and long-term training needs for our suppliers.

You act with high levels of professionalism at all times while at the same time you maintain the highest level of ethical standards as an ambassador of H&M, our values and goals on Sustainability.

The Sustainability Manager

•  Bachelor Degree, Major in law or management
• Experience in auditing, HR or compliance auditor
• Sustainability mindset
• Proficiency in written and verbal English communication
• Good Chinese Language skills will be an added advantage
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Analytical, Business minded and solution oriented
• Willing to Travel
