Maersk: Currently, we are looking for a Warehouse Operation manager to control the daily operational activities within the operation in the warehouse facilities and also to control warehouse staff working within the operations.

• Be familiar with the Warehouse Management System and all operational procedures.
• To direct Supervisor in the various duties and ensure that the work is completed within the required timescales and the quality standard determined by the internal and external customer, in accordance with Maersk methodology.
• To support the implementation of Maersk Cambodia and/or client’s system requirements such as, but not limited to WMS and High Jump.
• To support the implementation of process improvement and client development plans, aiming for cost savings and/or revenue enhancement for Maersk Cambodia.
• Ensure all monthly / weekly/Daily reports from warehouse team are updated and submitted on time.
• Maintain good relationships and work pro-actively with counter- parts (both internal and external). To ensure that all Maersk Cambodia counter-parts understand our requirements and compliance.
• Release weekly performance KPI on Operation’s response to customer complaints or enquiry.
• Ensure that all matters relating to staff discipline are accurately recorded.
• Ensure that the Supervisor maintains safe work practices and all equipment are in good working order.
• Full adherence to Maersk Cambodia’s Regulations and Policies / Directives.
• Establish a stable and competent team driving the WND activities.
• Maintain, enhance and implement WND processes and operational procedures.
• Responsible for HSE and (CTPAT) compliance for WND.

Local Logistics Strategy:

• To work closely with all functional managers in the execution & achieving best customer service strategy.
• Contribution to training material to support HR function on training needs for staff retention and development.
• Create customer loyalty via the execution of departmental analysis from data based reports.
• Reinforce APM group culture, values and representation.

Commercial Support:

• Support SCM teams in tracking and updating vendors’ KPI on “hit & miss”.
• Analysing the level of services providing to customers
• Provide SCM teams with data to assist in customer retention program

Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in Warehousing and Distribution
- 3-5 years of experience in leading and organizing one or several warehouses.
- 3-5 years of experience in leading others.

Language needed in position:
- The ability to write persuasive proposals, present and sell in English is a pre-requisite.
- Same level of fluency in local language a distinct advantage.

Bachelor's Degree

Experienced (Non-manager)

English & Khmer

• 3-5 years of experience in Warehousing and Distribution
• 3-5 years of experience in leading and organizing one or several warehouses.
• 3-5 years of experience in leading others.
• The ability to write persuasive proposals, present and sell in English is a pre-requisite.
