The global leader in design and production of carpet tiles is looking for an Account Executive.

The Account Executive will be in charge of developing and maintaining relationship with customer, formulating, executing and evaluating sales and marketing plans.

Minimum 5 years experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Management or related field.

Must be fluent in English (both writing and speaking).

• Formulate, execute and evaluate sales and marketing plans for assigned markets
• Accountable for the profit and loss account of the assigned markets
• Apply appropriate pricing strategy to optimize profits for the company
• Responsible for sales activities and local marketing of the assigned market or markets
• Submit all appropriate reports on a timely basis
• Conduct surveys and market analysis as and when necessary
• Direct sales efforts of the dealers
• Conduct training for dealers and presentation to customers
• Support the dealer/dealers in their promotional efforts
• Develop and maintain direct relationship and close rapport with key accounts
• Work with all departments/business units regionally and globally
• Participate in local new product development

To the Regional Business Manager (based in Thailand)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Management or related field
• Strong organization skills and good leadership skills
• Strong negotiation and convince to the customer
• Be patient, self-motivated and be able to work independently
• Have good computer skills
