General Manager

A property development company and they are looking for a General Manager who will be in charge of leading the Special Economic Zones project with a clearly defined sense of business direction and purpose. She/he will be based in Kandal Province.

កាតព្វកិច្ចនិងតួនាទី

  • Lead the Special Economic Zones project with a clearly defined sense of business direction and purpose.
  • Develop and execute a well-defined strategy for SEZ implementation for company
  • Analyze risk of investment and green fields development.
  • Develop an appropriate SEZ model, which will enhance the company’s competitiveness.
  • Establish and implement regulatory framework and management processes to manage specific performance measures that support the successful SEZ implementation.
  • Assesses performance and makes timely changes in strategy, structure and resource allocations

More than 10 years’ experiences in management position of industrial estate management, business development and/or sales and marketing.

Bachelor's Degree

Excellent command of English, both spoken and written. Khmer is a plus
