Currently, I am looking for a Guest Services Manager.

• Familiarize with and guide the attendant to handle all daily reservations (Including: Hotel Rooms, Air tickets, Ferry Tickets, Helicopter Tickets, Limousine, Restaurants, Tickets, APP booking…etc)
• Answer the VIP guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Anticipate and address guest’s service needs
• Deal with emergencies and complaints
• Maintain good communication and cooperation with all relevant departments of the company
• Update all operational data to ensure it is accurate and up-to-date
• Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
• Perform other job task assigned by supervisor
