Our client is a leading commercial bank in Cambodia. They are looking for a Head of Human Resources who will be in-charge of managing the whole HR functions including developing HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

• Establish and implement HR efforts and initiatives that effectively communicate and support the Bank's mission and strategic vision
• Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit, department or specialty group regarding key organizational and management issues
• Developing HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall bank’s business operation
• Work with the Bank's executive management officers to establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the Bank
• Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals
• Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective for the Bank
• Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation and benefits globally
• Provide coaching, follow-up coaching and support to the Regional Manager, Branch Managers and Deputy Branch Managers to ensure they have enough capacity to perform their jobs successfully and to help them perform better

• Chief Executive Officer

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, master’s degree is a plus
• Experience in working as a strategic business partner and strong background in talent management and culture driven & development
• Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate human resources data to provide insight and recommendations for organizational improvements
• A well round HR knowledge and change management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills & strong computer literacy
