Personal assistant to the Management

One international logistic company is looking for a Personal assistant to the Management.

The Personal Assistant to the Management will be in charge to assist daily various activities assigned by the Management as well as to support other departments when needed.

Minimum 2 years of secretarial experience.

កាតព្វកិច្ចនិងតួនាទី

  • Perform all relevant secretarial and assisting duties including managing day-to-day correspondence, scheduling appointments, generating assigned reports, inter office correspondence, making travel arrangement for business trips, general documentation and filing administration support
  • Deal with incoming email, faxes and post
  • Compose correspondence and conduct administration work for databases
  • Conduct research through telephone, websites, mail services and e-mail according to Management’s inquiries
  • Organize and attend meetings when necessary and ensuring that the Executives are well geared up for meetings
  • Deal with correspondence and writing letters, and taking dictation and minutes of meetings and discussion when necessary
  • Organize, maintain and update a central filing system for easy retrieval of information
  • Responsible, manage and co-ordinate office administration
  • Coordinate daily operation with all divisions through effective communication
  • Responsible to translate confidential documents as per requested (English-Khmer-English)
  • Welcome and look after visitors in necessary
  • Perform other tasks required by the Management

Professional proficiency in English and Khmer, both written and verbal communication, are strongly required, Thai is a plus

  • Strong ability to coordinate and interact with management level
  • Good proficiency in computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Internet Searching etc.)
  • Must be able to work with flexible hours and tasks
  • Must be service-minded and solution oriented individual
  • Must be responsible, self-motivated and high committed individual
  • Work hard and committed to deadline with high accuracy and efficiency with well organization in each assigned tasks along
  • Possess outstanding social competence with positive working attitude
