Restaurant Manager

A group of business companies in Cambodia is looking for a Restaurant Manager will be in charge of managing the two places as (one Caffee and one Resturant), acting as a result driven and committed individual who could drive sales, leading people provide excellent restaurant experience and running a fine dining and able to work with the kitchen staff well. He/ She will be based in Phnom Penh.

- Manage a small café in front of the restaurant that serves breakfast, and it also needs management
- Manage the two places as the work for Café
- Act as a result driven and committed individual who could drive sales, lead people
- Provide excellent restaurant experience
- Have exposure in running a fine dining and able to work with the kitchen staff well

- Excellent customer service skills and presentable

- Have a big network of customers that could bring to the restaurant or be a part of a community of people that could be beneficial to the business
- Able to recruit, train and supervise staff
- Understands CRM, PR and marketing and able to come up with ideas to drive sales and implement them effectively
- Understand costs and ways to reduce them
