Senior CR Officer

Urban Hub (Cambodia): currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Senior CR Officer.
កាតព្វកិច្ចនិងតួនាទី
- Lead, guide and train Cashier Offcier team to work independently
- Assist General Manager to set up & develop customer relations management procedures and work instructions
- Deploy department's procedure to team and keep effectively monitor
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing team to ensure be proactive for customer's change requesitions, updated price, memo and sales policy
- Make sure customer pay on time/accuracy and cooperate with sales & marketing team in case customer will no pay as required
- Work closely with Legal team for such legal issue
- Analyze report from each Cashier before sending final report to GM
- Weekly & monthly report such as: Customer Satifaction, Cash Collection & Management, Suggestion to be improved…
- Immediately report to GM for any irrigular issues
- Wok closely with Bank to do bank reconcile on cash deporsit
- Perform other tasks will be assigned by general manager
